How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update after your parcel ships.
Will anyone know what's inside?
No. The box is plain and unbranded, the label doesn't describe the contents, and nothing on it mentions KEPT Cages.

What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?
